The Prince's Trust Team Programme is part of our Learning Programme, designed to offer training and support that can help you develop new skills or build on those you already have. Brooke Bownes went along to the culmination of the 12-week Team Programme to watch the presentations and find out more.

Being new to the team, I hadn’t met this group of young people before, however, I felt a real sense of pride as I listened to their presentations and listened to how the experience of doing The Prince’s Trust course has helped them. The confidence that they had gained whilst on the course, doing fundraising activities, teamwork and spending a week with Claire & Edge helping them with writing CVs and doing a mock interview.

After hearing their journey and speaking to those that were involved with the young people during the course, it was lovely to hear that two of the young people have already been offered apprenticeships.

Not having met any of these young people before I was surprised how emotional I felt whilst listening to their presentations, they were a pleasure to listen to and it was great to hear them say how much Claire & Edge had helped them on their journey.

Knowing we as a team are helping to change young peoples lives, is an amazing feeling, Claire & Edge put their heart & soul into their work with these young people & it all showed at the presentation.
