During this annual report period, we retained our top ratings for Governance (G1) and Financial Viability (V1) and were named Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards. Our role as a developer landlord was also underlined with a place in the Inside Housing Top 50 Biggest Builders list for a second time.
We created valuable employment and development opportunities for local people and celebrated as talented apprentices completed their training.
We made a positive difference to homes, lives and communities.
