With three decades of influential leadership spanning both public and private sector housing, Wayne is widely respected as a Senior Executive, Non-Executive, and Chair on both national and regional stages.
An active advocate for innovation in housing, Wayne contributes to shaping the sector as a board member of the West Midlands Housing Association Partnership and a committee member for the National Housing Federation’s regional committee. He also chairs the National Housing Federation’s Housing, Asset Management, Maintenance, and Regeneration Group (HAMMAR), amplifying the sector’s voice across the UK. Wayne shares insights on housing innovation through platforms like the CIH, National Housing Federation, and other leading organisations.
Les has many years’ experience in a variety of roles in housing, health and social care. He qualified as a State Registered Nurse and has worked in neurotrauma, spinal injuries, intensive care and surgery before moving into NHS management.
Before joining Housing Plus Group, Les was executive director of operations at the Terrence Higgins Trust, which is one of the worlds’ leading charities in the field of HIV and sexual health.
He spent several years with the UK’s leading provider of Extra Care Housing and also worked for a large private sector domiciliary care provider.
Les is a former visiting specialist lecturer at the University of East London and remains on the Nursing and Midwifery Council register for nurses. As a practicing nurse, he maintains a strong interest in health.
Andrew has over 30 years’ experience of working within the construction sector, with over half of his career based in social housing.
Before joining Housing Plus Group, Andrew worked as a senior operations manager for both national and international companies. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management.
Andrew joined Housing Plus Group in 2012 and has earned numerous promotions, becoming Director of construction in 2020, before being appointed Interim Executive director of property and asset management in April 2022.
Jon has been a qualified accountant for more than 30 years, with over half of his career based in the social housing sector. He has a depth of experience in all aspects of accounting, financial strategy and planning, audit, risk and assurance and treasury management.
Jon is passionate about delivering a high-quality service to the organisation that provides accurate, reliable and timely information to support business decisions that help to improve the lives of our customers and increase the opportunities available to them.
Jon is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Jan holds extensive experience within the social housing sector, gained from various Executive Team roles across the country. She has delivered significant transformation projects and has been an Executive Sponsor for domestic abuse, EDI and consumer standards.
Jan is passionate about social housing and has spent her career in the sector as she believes that having a safe and secure home is the foundation for living a life well spent.
Jan is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
With a wealth of expertise and experience spanning housing management, David brings a proven track record of operational excellence and has built his career on delivering impactful solutions and fostering innovation in service delivery. He began his career in frontline housing with Telford and Wrekin Council before joining Wrekin Housing Group when it was established in 1999. David is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
