In its most recent assessment, the Regulator of Social Housing found Housing Plus Group to be fully compliant and financially viable.  

The Group was again awarded the top rating for Governance (G1). As we maintain our commitments to build more affordable homes and provide vital care and support in our communities, this grading demonstrates that we are a well-managed and effectively governed organisation.

The regulator awarded us the second highest rating for Financial Viability (V2). In common with many housing associations nationally, our grade in this area has been adjusted downwards this year. This is due to the very challenging economic environment and reflects the additional risks and exposures which we are successfully managing.
