As a member of the panel, you get to:
Meet and build relationships with our Boards and different areas of the business.
Test new systems to help improve the experience for our customers, such as our new chatbot Chatticus.
Work closely with our Complaints and Feedback team to ensure that the process is effective and customer friendly.
Work with us to help develop our Annual Report.
Review our policies and communications. You’ll know if a document has been reviewed by the CPP as it will feature our ‘Customer approved’ stamp!
