In a new chapter in the growth of Housing Plus Group, our landlords – South Staffordshire Housing Association, Severnside Housing and Stafford and Rural Homes – are joining together to become Homes Plus.   

The new name makes it clear that the provision of safe and well-maintained homes defines our values-driven organisation. It is also a reminder of our drive to do more, providing essential plus services like employment and money advice as well as support and investment for our communities.   
 
We have streamlined our landlord provision so that customers receive the same great service, wherever they live.  

Homes Plus will create high quality employment and apprenticeship opportunities for local people. One of the area’s leading providers of affordable homes, we promise to do even more to address the local housing need and to improve the life chances of people in Staffordshire and Shropshire.  
 
Although there is a new name for our landlord service, the things that matter most to customers will stay the same. Rents and tenancies will not be affected and services will continue to be delivered from local offices. Our vision to make a positive difference to homes, lives and communities is just as important and our values are unchanged.
